LEGO Movie Making

That's right! Lights, camera, LEGO! Take your
creativity to the next level. Campers will learn how
to make a stop motion animation movie with LEGOs. They'll build
sets, shoot scenes, and add sound. We can't wait to see
some award winning movies!
*Campers must be 10 at the start of camp.

Extreme Builder

Volkswagen Beetle, Maersk Cargo Ship, Boeing Dreamliner...

program! We have several sculptures that are
over 1500 pieces- and some that are close to 3000!
Builders will test their skills, and patience, on these massive
sets. |

Robotics

LEGO Robotics are a great way for builders to learn basic design
principles, mechanical concepts and have fun at the same time.
Builders will work in teams to build and program
robots that can complete a variety of tasks. We will use
the new LEGO NXT Robots! At the end of the week,
it's head to head with the other teams to see what their
creation can really do!
Part of the week we will be working with the
competition board and tasks that are used in the First Lego
League Tournaments- (visit

LEGO
Architecture

Ever wanted to build a LEGO City, create a one of a kind
skyscraper, design a Seuss-like bridge?
Builders will start by working with LEGO designed kits like
Green Grocer, Fire Brigade, Apple Tree House, then they'll
design their own structure. Bricks, plates, wheels,
windows, slopes, and arches will all be at your
fingertips. Instructors will be on hand to help with
tidbits on wall construction, buttresses, flying buttresses,
etc., but you
are the Master Builder.

windmills, trains, ferris wheels, and more! We will
explore physical science, technology, and problem solving skills
all while creating some incredible Working LEGO

Minifigure Mania

The minifigures are making an appearance at Camp! Builders
will learn all about the variety of Minifigures created by the
LEGO Company. Campers will build a display full of
Minifigs through the years discovering different styles, facial
expressions, and accessories. And best of all, builders
will learn how to create their own minfigs, making torso designs
from decals and using clay to create alien heads, etc.
They will get to take home a set of Minifigures that they have
created.
